BISI relies on support from people just like you! The generosity of every donor who chooses to give a gift, truly makes a difference and enables us to support adults and children within the UK, with long term health conditions including those living with the effects of brain and spinal injuries.

Donations in Memory

 

Making a donation in someone's name is a special way to remember them and honour their life, while helping others at the same time. BISI focuses on care, support and well-being, with compassion at the heart of everything it does, so we are extremely grateful to anyone who considers donating in this way.

 

Your tribute will directly help BISI to continue to provide support to those who need it. When making a donation in memory of someone special, if you would like to, please share the name of the person you are remembering and any other details you would like, in the optional comment section on our Donation form.

 

Company Donations

 

It’s always great to give to those in need, and the difference even a small donation can make to the lives of other people is profound. If you are a company, choosing to support a non-for-profit can provide lasting benefits. Giving back to the community can provide positive social value, increase employee engagement and strengthen public perception.

 

A company may decide to make a donation to BISI for numerous reasons, maybe we have been nominated by your employees as your non-for-profit and community focused organisation for the year, it may be a donation in lieu of Christmas cards or even a random act of kindness.  Whatever the reason, your donation will be gratefully received and will help us support more of our community. 

 

Donating directly from company accounts can also have some positive implications in relation to corporation tax, please speak to your financial advisor for further information.

BISI Sponsorship Packages 

 

BISI has a number of annual sponsorship packages which are available to both individuals and corporates. 

 

If you are a company, sponsorship and support of BISI can bring lasting benefits to you. Giving back to the community can help you achieve your Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) goals, increase employee engagement and strengthen public perception.

Individuals may also wish to sponsor BISI. Donating is a selfless act and knowing you are giving to those in need helps to achieve a greater sense of personal satisfaction. 

 

Sponsorship provides a predictable income and helps BISI to plan further ahead, which helps us to support more of our community.

 

Gold

- A BISI partner for 12 months 

- x10 spaces at a BISI event of your choice (on a celebrity table)

- Your name & logo on our website supporters page

- The use of our 'BISI Supporter' logo 

- Sponsor of the month: one month of the year, you, your company & logo, will receive thanks and recognition on every page of our website

- £10,000 per annum

 

Silver

- A BISI partner for 12 months 

- x10 spaces at a BISI event of your choice

- The use of our ‘BISI Supporter’ logo 

- £5,000 per annum

 

Bronze

- A BISI partner for 12 months 

- 10% of a table at a BISI event of your choice

Sponsor a BISI Event

 

We have a number of high profile events across the year, helping BISI raise much needed funds to ensure we can support those individuals who need us.

 

BISI strongly believes that everyone should have access to information and services that could have a positive impact on their overall health and happiness, ensuring family members and carers are also supported. Our fundraising events enable BISI to maximise grant capacity and the provision of all our support services.

Sponsor a Stay

 

Access to free respite care for those with long term injuries, is limited within the UK. Currently, free respite care is largely only provided to those who have a diagnosis of an advanced, progressive life-limiting or terminal illness.

BISI provides several grants annually, to ensure more of the community have access to respite services and care, and our partnerships with respite centres help us to provide this essential support.

 

If you are interested in sponsoring a respite stay, this costs £5,000 and you would gain all the benefits of our silver sponsorship package but your donation will be used specifically to fund a respite grant.

GIFTS IN KIND

 

A gift in kind is a non-cash gift made to a non-profit organisation. By giving a gift in kind, you or your company can support BISI through donating:

- Time and Services

- Professional Advice and Expertise

 

Gifts in kind are a fantastic way to share your professional skills or company assets, while helping you to achieve your Corporate Social Responsibility goals. Maybe you could donate a raffle prize for one of our fundraising events, donate your time and professional services for free, or even provide a free venue.

Leaving a gift in your will can help BISI provide care and support in the future.

 

Writing a Will is straightforward and is the best way to ensure your wishes are carried out, that those you care about are taken care of, and that gifts to your chosen organisations are made on your behalf, leaving a lasting legacy for years to come.
